Shipping Policy


We work and grow partner ships with manufacturers and individuals locally and across dozens countries, such as Canada, China, India, Vietnam, Thailand...etc...Through this extensive network, we are able to source the most exciting products locally and ship them to international customers - growing the local businesses. Via our partnership with UPS and USPS, we can ensure that your purchases will get delivered without scratch.


When you place an order, it will prompt an automatic Purchase Confirmation notice your provided email - confirming your Order Number # and purchase details. 

There's a 24-hours policy for any requested changes of shipping information or to cancel. After 12 hours, your order will start its fulfillment process, which commonly takes 7-14 business days. Once the process has been completed, you will get a Shipping Confirmation email.  Under extreme conditions, i.e busy holidays, sale periods, or natural disasters, please understand that we might not be able to fulfill 100% of the orders on schedule. We apologize in advance. 

After shipping confirmation, you will receive an email providing Shipping Updates along with your order tracking number #. Simply click on the link provided to track your package. Tracking information may not be made available until several days after the package was shipped, due to travel time and scanning locations. We can ensure that this is normal and will not affect your purchase or expected delivery date.


If an order is delivered later than 60 days, we'll refund you 10% of the order price (*)

If there's a missing order, please let us know via We'll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

Shipping Fee: 2.99$ for every order under 49.9$ and Free Shipping for order > 50$

Orders from the US: Delivery date and time are approximately takes 7-14 business days from shipping date 

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 3-5 weeks from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your Country is).


What is your cancellation policy?

You have 12 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.


You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at if you need the address to be changed

What is the return policy?

  1. Peardegree will accept your item(s) within 15 days from date of arrivals
  2. To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.
